"I have been under the care of this office for roughly 4 yrs. The doctors are truly outstanding. To mention just a few examples, Dr. Bernas is very attentive with returning calls and providing specific, helpful care. Once, he called when I was traveling abroad so I could have peace of mind knowing the medication was correct and another time he called to check on my well being post a Covid illness, which was “above an beyond” the scope of his role. Also, Dr. Hevey gave me very attentive care as the on call doctor and even came to say hello when I was in the ER, to provide continuity of care. I’m impressed with the patient care of these docs."

"I can not comment on an experience with the doctors themselves because their scheduler will NOT call back. 3 messages over 6weeks and nobody has called back. The MA even has a message on her voicemail that says if you leave multiple messages it will delay her response to you. That is unprofessional, vindictive and immature. 3 messages over 6 weeks is following up, not adding to someone’s workload. Unfortunately it is the only infectious disease practice in the springs that my insurance will cover so I now have to go to Denver for something that should be accessible in my own city. If the doctors or office managers read these reviews, PLEASE address this problem with your scheduler. I am not the only patient having this problem. I have a feeling that the reviews will get better if this problem is fixed, since there are so many good reviews about the practitioners themselves!"

"Dr Kleiner is the best doctor ever. The office staff here is helpful and generally fairly friendly, though Brian should learn phone etiquette. Even when I think I disagree with Dr Kleiner, she is able to explain WHY she holds a position, instead of a huffy “Because I said so, I’m a doctor, you should listen to me.” Like soooooooo many “doctors” nowadays. I honestly wish she did GP or Family Practice. Dr Kleiner is just about the only doctor I dont dread setting up an appointment with or going to see. I wish I could give a seven star review. Ya know... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There we go. Thats better!"

"Dr. Kleiner was incredible-warm, welcoming, and reassuring. She made sure I understood everything, from going over labs and results as well as discussing treatment plans and options, and made sure all my questions were answered. Staff has been friendly, helpful, and has assisted in scheduling follow up appointments that work with my schedule. Would definitely recommend this practice. I feel confident in my care going forward!"
