"Very unprofessional. The receptionist talked to the office manager Joy, about my appointment. She didn't even have the courtesy to come out and talk to me herself. I was 5 minutes late and they told me I had to reschedule. I asked what was the rule on being late. She said 7 minutes. So what was the issue. I needed to see bickley for two issues. Why couldn't they see me for one issue, and schedule me for the other issue another day. So so unprofessional and I get the impression that they really don't care about their patients. I would not recommend mountain view medical group they used to be a great doctor's office but they've gone downhill I will try to find a new doctor and a medical group."

"Do NOT go to MVM. They are the worst. AVOID the medical care they don’t provide while they steal from you. The doctors don’t care and the staff is unprofessional. The billing department is wrong and always charging for preventative care. I am tired of dealing with billing every year for preventative care because the medical staff is incompetent. The doctors will cancel on you last minute, while you are in the office, then expect you to take another day off to reschedule. I will not be going back and I will not be referring any of my friends."

"I personally want to thank Taylor for going above and beyond with helping me one week before my delivery date on fixing some issues I was having with referrals. It was so complicated and she made sure to be with me through the whole process to get it corrected. Words or even a review can’t even explain how grateful, thankful and blessed for her help. "Horrible practitioner and extremely unprofessional! Total rip offs and thieves. Forced me into taking tests I didn't need or want that were deemed "experimental" and Not covered by my insurance after the Doctor Jelena Eddy told me insurance would handle it just to get me to take unnecessary tests. She straight up lied to my face and then she NEVER even called me to explain the tests or what they were for or about!! Now I have an outstanding bill from a complete con artist. Do not go here! You are just a number behind a dollar sign. Now I'm getting calls at 6 O'clock at night to make my annual physical but they can't call to give test results or answer any questions they left me with. I will never go back. Unhelpful in every way and just trying to pinch every penny they can. Moral values equal zero stars 09/16/19"
