"Never been here until yesterday,I made a appointment for 3:30 for a drug test. The web site allows you to chose this time, knowing they stop drug testing at 3:30. And let's not even talk about how rude the front desk is . Do Not go here if you don't have to!!"

"If you have the opportunity to use anyone else do so. My family purchased an expensive paternity test to rectify a 45 year old birth certificate. The website advertises that they will reach out for scheduling, nope, you have to call North Carolina and convince them to help you. The voice mail advertises walk-ins, Nope, You MUST have an appointment. They tell you they will send you confirmations, Nope you get informal emails with attachments that go to spam, nothing like any other appointment confirmation in the world. Now I have to wait two weeks for a "special blood draw" because Lab Corp sold me a product based on false advertising and false availability. Thanks I will be taking any business I can elsewhere (you know anytime I don't have to use the monopoly)"

"There’s been some kind of staffing issue this week (maybe the holiday?) and they were not accepting walk-ins today or yesterday. Which is fine, and I get things happen, but the problem is that this was handled *so* poorly by staff. The front desk worker is rude, dismissive and super unhelpful. I saw her tell others that she ‘told them 8-12 for walk ins’ yesterday when they came in which they said she did not. I’m also sure she didn’t- because when I came in yesterday, she said they would be back to normal today and didn’t mention a ‘morning only’ walk-in for today. They don’t have available appointments until late next week which is why I was walking in. So not only did they decide to not take walk-ins, the staff member was giving out the wrong information, lying about it, and they couldn’t be bothered to have helpful information to direct people elsewhere. And none of the Labcorps answer their phone so I just had to guess another location and hope for the best. This could have handled WAY better."

"I came here for a drug screening for nursing school. I have come two other times for school. The front desk lady was polite and helpful. I did not wait long to be seen even as a walk-in. They provide water and cups to drink while you wait. The bathroom was clean. The lady performing the drug test was professional but not friendly at all. Overall, I would recommend this location. I do think that a bigger waiting room is needed as many people stood in the small room after the chairs were filled. There is ample parking. They do take a lunch break and close at 4:30 for drug tests."
