Jan is super friendly and helped answer all my questions, we also had some good laughs along the way. Would highly recommend giving them a chance. "Made an appointment but didn’t receive any info on getting into Buckley. Tried to go to the appointment but couldn’t make it into Buckley afb because I didn’t have anything stating I had an appointment. Called the office and didn’t receive any help from the ladies except rescheduling. I went ahead and cancelled. Waste of my time. Terrible customer service"
