"Was seen by Stephanie Renee Dove, I'm a guy that judges establishments off the Google reviews, however these reviews aren't my experience, The place was clean, high tech and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse assistant to the nurse to the doctor, All were professional and seemed to care, I'm thankful for them and I will continue to come get seen here, they are a great team."

"Gotta be the most unhelpful medical center ever, and a second strike for SCL overall. I tried to switch from another SCL facility as the care I have received there has been frustrating and utterly useless for months. I waited weeks for this appointment only to be told they were unwilling to prescribe the medication I've been taking for years. They had the entirety of my records available since I came from another scl location and waited until I had left work early to tell me that. Not only will I never return to this location, I won't be returning to any SCL location."

"This company is the worst. I scheduled myself for an annual physical, which is covered by my insurance, only to receive a bill for $400. I called and was told that it would be fixed and to call back a week later. When I called back, they let me know that because conversation with my physician strayed from normal routine physical conversation, it was billed as a sick visit. When I argued this, they let me know that the next time I go for a physical I should just keep my mouth shut, even when they ask me questions about my health, in order to not be billed. Would not recommend to anyone!"

"Horrible experience here! I scheduled a physical and the doctor knew the appointment was a physical but then billed it differently. So instead of my visit being covered by my insurance, I am being asked to pay $$$ out of pocket. I am trying to fight the bill but it’s been MONTHS and I just keep going in circles with them. They won’t even return my call or call when we scheduled a call…but they do have the billing department calling me regularly trying to get me to pay this ridiculous bill! Such FRAUD!!"
