"I didn't know what to expect at my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. There was no waiting and the visit was not rushed. Both the doctor and health coach genuinely listened and answered my questions. They carefully went over my health history with me. I see multiple specialists and sometimes managing all of the lab tests and health records seems overwhelming. They assured me they can help with that and can even take over managing all my prescriptions if I wish. I had stopped going to a primary care physician because of difficulty getting appointments and could not come in on short notice for minor issues such as UTIs. My health coach called me a couple of weeks after my visit to check on me, inform me of medical records they had received and followup on a referral they had made. I appreciated that."
