"Several of the staff have been really nice including the doctors. However, I’ve had interactions with two staff members that were rude. As a client, I’m asking questions so I understand everything that is happening. Don’t roll your eyes at me or schedule an appointment that works for you all without getting my consent."

"A PA here almost took away my livelihood. I'm a truck driver and they have a criteria where if you meet it, they MAKE you jump through a monumental amount of hoops for a sleep study and have to get monthly DOT physicals. I met the standard where I didn't have to do it but she (the PA) said "well, your close enough " and put my 34 year career in danger. Glad I didn't come close to diabetes without having it because she would have me on insulin."

"All the staff I encountered whether they were at the front desk, the medical staff when my vitals were checked all friendly and concise to details. The two times I have came in I have had two different doctors. Both of who professionally examined and treated my injury giving me full details on what I am to expect going forward in order for a full recovery. I felt they were willing to address any questions/concerns I had with meaningful responses and relative an answers. It gave me confidence walking out that I was in good hands for my work comp injury. I was also all set up for occupational therapy after my first visit! It all came together so quickly I feel confident that I can make my stride back to work. My therapist has already has outlined my path to recovery. She showed great knowledge of my type of injury to explain my limitations going forward while also highlighting what needs to be focused on to properly heal and gain the strength back to place myself back at work. Great overall experience I have recieved all-around."

"It wasn’t until I was checking out with Menijhea that I felt comfortable. She was very kind, intuitive and pretty much the light of my visit. It sucks that I wasn’t greeted with someone with her demeanor. If it wasn’t for her I probably would be leaving a 2 star review. Upon arrival I was not greeted with a warm welcome, it felt like I was just another number. The staff at the front desk were very short not only with me, but with other patients that came through during my wait. They came off as dismissive and that they did not enjoy being there. My wait wasn’t anything out of the ordinary of what to expect being a walk in. My MD was sufficient and informative, but for some reason I still felt a little off."

"I heard them tell someone on the phone that it is typically a 90 minute wait from start to finish. My wait was longer. Add another 45 minutes. However they were kind, friendly, amd professional."
