"Dr. Garrett Moore and his staff were kind and professional. Dr. Moore suggested a different approach to my foot problem that my previous podiatrist didn’t. This non-surgery suggestion is so welcomed. Dr. Moore could have suggested more surgery to “line his pockets” but he thinks out of the box and cares more about his patients."
"Definitely not the best. I arrived for my appointment as per their instructions, 20 minutes early, I was taken back somewhat promptly, and was seen 2 HOURS after they set me in an exam room. Mind you, the medical assistant was awesome, especially when she realized they’d forgotten about me. The PA came in for 6 minutes ( yes, I timed it) only to tell me I needed an MRI- don’t even get me started on all that. All in all, if you want to leave and feel confident that your best interests were served- this is not the place for you!"
"If I could give negative stars, I would. I saw Dr. Kafka at this clinic and had a horrendous experience. I had checked ahead of time that this clinic/doctor was in network for me before scheduling the appointment, so I was extremely surprised when I was hit with a bill for literally thousands of dollars for an out of network provider I had never even heard of. Apparently the clinic sent out my tests to an out of network pathologist, so I was being billed for that out of network provider. I was not asked or notified of this in advance, so I called the patient representative line literally in tears and they completely ignored my complaints and cheerily told me to have a nice day, while I was literally sobbing on the phone to them. I've never experienced such a lack of empathy in my life. I then had a follow up visit with Dr. Kafka, because my problem still wasn't resolved, and she never showed up. I wasn't given any explanation or rescheduled, so I ended up having to go to a different clinic anyway. Stay far away from this place at all costs."
"The short answer is: move on and don’t waist your time here. The longer answer is this: When your physician takes literally five minute to talk to you know this isn’t the right place for you. Came with ankle pain that’s lasted for several months. I knew it was not broken, yet was asked to do X-rays which has no use other than to see if something is broken. So of course it wasn’t broken and that’s all this physician told me (duh!). This doctor never made eye contact, glued to her note so she could finish asap. Hardly wanted to respond to any of my questions (what should I do to rehab my ankle, why is there swelling every time I use it for more than walking, why do I have severe range of motion restriction). I would have preferred if she had said that she did not know what was going on. Very, extremely really, disappointed with the type of care. Uch is supposed to be an institution that’s not just about money. It felt that this physician needed to see as many people as possible in the shortest of time. I’d be intrigued to know what the time slots are (5min for new patients, 30second for follow up?). At this point I consider this a waste of my time and will seek another opinion elsewhere so that I can use my ankle again. I wish the best to this physician. She needs to find joy in what she is doing again. I hope she find it. In the meantime there is no point for patients to be mistreated like this."
"Quick check in, clean area and courteous receptionists. Two months out on appointments but once you get in your in good hands. Co-pays are paid before seeing the Dr. Receipts are given to cover any HSA documentation. My doctor cut back her hours since she's about to retire. She'll be missed. Until next time."
