"I will be the first to review and provide an honest assessment of Whole Star Therapy, Ayelet Shmuel (AS). Shmuel showed to be inexperienced and maligned with my female co-parent in her CFI report. This CFI self-reported an overly bold and assertive in describing her work ethic which turned out to be the exact opposite and was incapable of synthesizing a complex family dynamic. The results showed the report to be misleading and significantly erroneous in her assessment. AS is not culturally diverse, incapable of self-regulating her own feelings which ultimately negatively impacted her skills and competencies. AS’ skills lacked substance and her report was primarily derivative from previous (many months and years ago) issues already addressed in our high conflict situation. Her CFI role showed she was unethical, lacking time management skills constantly asking for details at the last moment, and unrelated, but worthy mention that AS’ appearance was unprofessional and regularly appeared to be discheveled. The overall performance was sub-standard. During my six years as a parent, AS could not find ‘one’ positive asset in my parenting time, involvement or sacrifices I have made as a parent. Though, I have no criminal record, served my country honorably for over two and half decades, continue to serve my country, am educated to the highest levels, and voluntarily coached in my child’s sporting events, helped with his academic work, and much more yet her goal was to note whatever negative data she could find and report it while presenting my co-parent in a positive light with little to no merit or evidence. AS lacked cultural diversity, was regularly condescending during conversations, significantly misrepresented truths and facts distorting the context of her report. AS performs erratic work habits showing to have a corrupt and immoral character. AS did not include the data, facts, or emails I presented in my defense in the report. AS, as an immigrant, is highly disconnected from American ideals and family structure and values. I highly disapprove AS for assisting anyone in search for any social-emotional help or as a CFI. AS was reported to the Administrative Court of Colorado. The Magistrate in my case had significant problems with her report and AS was removed from the roster of available CFI for the Courts of Colorado; AS was completely lined out!"
