"If I could give 10 stars I would. Abby Huff, PA took the most time a health professional ever did getting to know me, my history, and my concerns. She answer all my questions. She gave me options for ways to treat my conditions and together we can to a plan. I felt like I was the head of my health care decisions. She has a great bedside manner. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was to meet work with her. It whole xperience at the clinic was outstanding."
"Called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered, Melanie, was very condescending and rude with her tone within the first interaction. If this is who I will be having to deal with here when I call, I will choose a different clinic. Customer service is key if you will be answering the phone and speaking with patients."
"Excellent doctors and nurses and other staff. I am always treated well. the valet attendants are respectful and excellent workers."
"I set up an appointment to establish care in July, which was scheduled for October 13. While the wait was not ideal, I understand that the whole medical system is stretched thin and this was not the fault of the clinic. I was contacted on September 11 and told that the physician I was set to see was "changing rotations" so they had cancelled my appointment and couldn't get me rescheduled until mid-December. I have COPD and asthma as well as concerns with my reproductive health, so I cannot wait that long just to establish care. Fortunately, I was referred to another clinic who was able to set me up for mid-November, though a month later than my original appointment is still frustrating, it's better than December. While I understand the initial wait, I am very disappointed that my appointment could not be rescheduled in a reasonable time frame. It is not realistic to expect a patient to be able to wait almost 6 months to establish care with a provider, especially when that was not made clear upfront. They were not apologetic nor did they even acknowledge the inconvenience of the situation. I wish I would have scheduled with a different clinic in the first place."
"I feel so blessed to have discovered the WISH Clinic. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. Dr. Christina Palmer, MD was a breath of fresh air. One of the first things I noticed about her is how extremely personable she is, and I felt comfortable with her from the moment she walked into the room. I never felt rushed and I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to listen to my medical history and my concerns. Dr. Palmer was also extremely thorough, and I was amazed by how much she accomplished in one visit. It is very obvious just how much Dr. Palmer values her relationships with her patients, and I know that she will provide me with the best medical care. A big thank you to Dr. Palmer and the staff at WISH!"
