"They refused me treatment because my injury happened at work. They didn't bother to confirm whether I am a contracted employee. So much for the hypocratic oath. More like hypocrits. Refused me treatment. What the heck has our country come to?!?!??!?"

"While I did spend over 2 hours here waiting for an appointment I made, that’s actually not the reason I’m writing this review. Months after my appointment I was billed over $500, after speaking with my insurance company (which is an excellent insurance plan) they have told me the provider at this urgent care billed in a way to purposefully not allow insurance to cover it. After insurance tried to fight for them to adjust the billing code they wouldn’t. SO shady! I have never been billed for a routine urgent care visit for a sinus infection. I will never come here again and I strongly recommend others to look elsewhere."

"Came here after the previous urgent care I had taken my son to, dropped the ball with his care. This definitely should've been my first stop. We had the pleasure of having Christie as our NP, and the entire time she cared for my son, she was so pleasant and was never once dismissive of the reason why we were there. She diagnosed my son's issue rather quickly and took the proper steps to ensure he was receiving the proper treatment. Also, big thanks to this urgent care for following up with my son's labs and providing us with further instructions on how to care for my son's issue."

"I've been so sick for a few days. I finally decided to go into the clinic when my symptoms kept getting worse. The Dr. On duty. Mrs/Dr. Smith was so wonderful and honestly listened to my concerns and validated them. She was very helpful. I wish she could be my regular Dr. Best experience at an urgent care! I was there roughly an hour and then on my way to get my prescriptions. It's refreshing to have your needs and concerns met with understanding and kindness. After all they see sick people all day everyday. For the staff and Dr. Smith to be so helpful, it was a breathe of fresh air."

"This facility was very nice. The wait was long, but when the physician finally examined me, it was a pleasant experience. She listened and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush, although she was the only physician on staff on Saturday night, she was thorough and she even called me the next day to check on me. I felt like she cared."
