"I had a great experience at UCHealth! Check-in was easy and the young lady at the desk was very nice. Wait time was reasonable- I know they had a lot of patients that day! Pam took my vitals and she was super kind and efficient. My doctor was Dr. Spezia-Lindner and he was kind, patient, and practical. He allowed me to express my concerns and gave me a referral."

"Initially it was fine, I had Tarika Kaur Mahal in summer 2021 and then January 2022. I wanted to do a general physical as I hadn’t had one since I was 18. They refused to do bloodwork because it was a “waste of resources and only do it if you think there’s a problem”. How would you establish a baseline of how I’m doing as a 31 year old if I haven’t had any since college. She had a male MD come in and he said, “I want to see the 31 year old with nothing wrong with her”. Turns out, I had a critically low B12 level, leading to a myriad of physical issues that my current neurologist said if it was caught earlier, I wouldn’t HAVE some of these issues. If B12 isn’t in a regular blood panel, listening to my symptoms I was describing in 2022 would have been immensely helpful. I then went to Dr. Chen-Tan Lin and he spent well over an hour with me. He recommended a book, an app and to take better care of myself. I got a bill for an exorbitant of money for “extra time”. I did not request him to stay (3:35-almost 5 pm) and he kept talking to the med student he had, making the visit longer. Why would you bill me for this, is my question. It seemed crazy to me. I no longer go to UCH and would not recommend them to family/friends."

"I really like my provider there, but the pharmacy service is unbelievably bad. As far as I can tell, they sit on prescriptions for days and have very limited hours, like M-F 8-6 or something like that. Waiting room seems full of angry, desperate people so I keep to myself."

"I have been using UCH Lowry for 8 years I've dealt with two different primary cares and they were both excellent in providing me everything I needed to make sure I stay healthy as I get older. Dr Bailey I've only been using her for a year since my other primary care left to move to a different state. So far she is excellent in every way you could possibly want your primary care provider to be for you knowledgeable friendly personable ask a lot of the right questions has answers very much enjoy her taking care of me. And it is very convenient to where I live."
