"Usually we are seen quickly and the staff is very professional. Today for some reason there was a 55 minute gap between testing appointment, and Doctor consultation appointment. Now have been waiting for over 40 minutes to see the doctor. Total time here 1 hour 45 minutes ."

From the checkin staff, to the doctors, and everyone in between, the rating is more like a 10 star, not a 5.
