"BEWARE of the predatory billing practices by this facility. A search for "24/7 Urgent Care near me" directed me to this location, and upon check in, the receptionist confirmed the physician would determine whether the visit would be classified ER or Urgent Care. Since I did not receive any testing, did not require any use of equipment, and was given a common antibiotic prescription, my expectation was the visit would be classified at Urgent Care. To say I was shocked when I received multiple bills is an understatement. So far I've received a $3K+ bill for emergency room services and another $1K+ bill for physician services. $4K+ in total fees for a simple 30min visit and antibiotic prescription. Now I have the pleasure of disputing this with AdventHealth..."

"Everyone was extremely friendly, BUT I wasn’t given anything for my symptoms and was told to simply rest. It was nearly impossible to rest because the coughing and body aches wouldn’t stop. That evening it was just unbearable and I went to the ER, where I was diagnosed with the flu and a sinus infection. The doctor there stated that he was in shock that earlier that day I had visited an urgent care and was sent home this way. I personally wouldn’t ever return here nor would I recommend it due to this terrible experience. I’m glad I sought a second opinion and didn’t let it go on and “just rest”."

They were both attentive, capable, thorough, and caring. The wait was short, the facility was nice and well equipped, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better for someone who was quite sick. I chose this location because of other reviews and I am happy I did."
