"What a joke. First time I called wasb3 weeks ago. My oxygen was at 75, and I needed air, and nublarizer. She asked if I had a primary, I said yes but I don't believe my oxygen is good enough to drive to Firestone right now. She said oh ok well we will schedule a virtual Visit. I asked again to see a Dr asap.no virtual first. Today I called for a covid test.Need it for me . She said any signs I said no just need a test. Again virtual vist then if they think I need one She will make an appt. They just want to get 2 co-pays and charge ins two three four times. I called my ins. Today to have them dropped from being used. I dont believe they want to see anyone. They want to do nothing. A emergency scl is suppose to help not just want money"

"First of all so amazing! Kaiser dropped me because they don’t contract with Weld county. No email no letter nothing, was on the phone all morning trying to find a new provider, I have Medicaide. Every single place I called was a firm “ no” not accepting new patience. These lady’s said yes! I can’t tell you what a life saver they where! They got me in right away, prescriptions ready to go, blood work done! I’m so happy. They’re amazing! I can’t thank them enough for all their help!"
