"The entire office was amazing! Kate was super fast and thorough! I hope I don’t need to visit again soon, but I would go back in a heartbeat if needed!"
"Very helpful and respectful staff. Loved them! Clean & quicker than most places (Ton's of early/open reservations online!). The quickest & simplest online paperwork to sign in too. Very pleased with our visit. We loved the little hidden play place too!"
"Where there was an hour and a half wait at the clinic down the street, these guys got me in right away. Friendly accommodating staff. Clean environment. I liked that they had a decorated for Valentine’s Day, made it Feel more inviting. If I get sick again, I will definitely come back here for diagnosis."
"I was unable to get into my doctor when I needed to. I am absolutely 100% satisfied! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care to anyone needing medical attention. The complete staff was so kind and helpful and pleased to say I made a compete recovery. Wish to thank everyone there for their support and caring attention."
"I made an appointment by phone and I waited an hour and a half to be seen. The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was very good but was rushed. I’m assuming that there is a productivity requirement but the Clinician needs adequate time to see patients. I’m a nurse so I do understand appointments and productivity. Maybe your system of patient care and productivity should be reviewed."
