"Not very nice staff. My wife wasn’t feeling to well. Receptionist said it was a 10-15 minute wait. We waited for an hour and a half to just get her in a room. Then when the Dr walked in. She was not professional. She stated “ So what’s the problem you’re not feeling good or what?” Ummmmm yeah…. That’s why shes here? Not a place I recommend"

"Brought my son in about a month ago because we couldn't get in to see our primary and I basically had to beg the PA that saw him to look in his nasal cavities when I brought him in for a SINUS issue. Then, I went up today, same issue because I couldnt get into see our primary, only to find out that they close from 12-1 for a lunch. I called AND I checked their website before going and NO WHERE does it inform you that they close for an hour for a lunch!! Service has gone down significantly since SCL took over these practices. Good luck getting an appt with your primary and you have to sit on hold anywhere from 28-54 minutes since they started using their call system only to be told that your dr isnt available for 2-3 weeks but you can schedule a virtual visit..."which is what we recommend first anyways to make sure that you aren't contagious." Seriously?! A virtual visit...how are you going to look in my ear, which is what I'm having an issue with, through a computer screen?! You're not!! Let's get back to actually taking care of patients."

"Worst clinic I have ever been too! Billing staff clearly not knowledgeable about dealing with insurances! We received a bill that has never been submitted to the insurance saying we weren’t eligible and we were as of 9/1.... the visit was way after that! Received a bill that stated.... oh by the way your husband should follow up with a doctor because we found some abnormality in his lungs....the bill came nearly a month after the visit! We were never informed of this abnormality until the bill came! Don’t take your loved ones to this clinic! If I could give them less than one star I would!"

"I had the most amazing experience at this clinic! I seriously cannot say enough positive words. The staff members are amazing! From the sweet lady in the front office, to Michelle, and the amazing PA-C Erick. Bravo, team! YOU are what all clinic visits should resemble. Give them raises!!! "
