He is flexible with some difficult scheduling, and the receptionist is incredibly friendly as well, making me feel very comfortable. "Went in for two visits and the physical therapist quickly told me she was unable to help me as she felt it was a misdiagnosis and referred me back to my doctor. What made this experience infuriating is the billing. I always come prepared to pay my co-pay and even asked to make a payment and they said nothing was due at the time. I ended up receiving a bill in the mail which I paid. The second visit I went in and had just moved two days prior so I requested to pay my co-pay while at the office but the front office girl said they would just bill me if there was anything due (even though they had the capability of running my card). I explained I had just moved and asked her to updated my mailing address which she asked me to write the details down of my new address and she would enter it later. So the office had my new/current mailing address, email address, and phone number from all the personal records forms I had to fill out at my first appointment and when I asked to update my information which only my mailing address had changed. Apparently they billed me for the co-pay but my new address was never updated. To make it worse, they never once emailed me or called me to inform me of the past due amount. Instead, they continued to send 2 invoices to my old address which I no longer had access. We did put a forwarding address in at the post office but I still never received the invoice. So instead of calling me they sent me directly to collection and then apparently didn't provide collections with my phone number or email address because they had been calling through an automated system at my office. When the front desk person would answer the phone it was a recording asking to stay on the line for a customer service rep to which she never did, understandably, when we an office always receives sales calls or "You won a trip" calls. Therefore, this never reached me until one day the receptionist answered the call at the same time she was typing something into the computer and hadn't put the phone down just yet when the rep came on the line. My credit was almost hurt over a $25.00 co-pay they could have just taken in the office when I was there with my card or called me about or updated the system with my correct address when I provided."
