"SAVE YOURSELF! They can't even refill a prescription with accuracy. They will tell you that you need a follow up appt, but then they'll tell you they can't schedule your follow up now and that you need to call back in a couple weeks to schedule. If you forget to call back, forget your follow up. Your medical care, in their eyes, is not their responsibility. One of my prescriptions needs two pills because of the dosage. Last week on Tuesday I called and my pharmacy called to refill my prescriptions. The refill wasn't ordered until Friday afternoon. When I go to pick it up, they have only refilled one of the two. Don't get frustrated. If you even express disappointment in their performance while on the phone with them, they will hang up on you. I was hung up on while I was talking because having a discussion of their mistakes "was not (her) responsibility." It is my own personal mistake that I have been with them as long as I have. As soon as my new insurance is in place, I'm saving myself. I encourage you to save yourself and never engage this medical practice."
"I love Maureen main reason why I keep coming. So far I’ve been on hold for 16 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous I spent my whole break waiting…"
"I called for an appointment and this is what they said: "I don't have any appointments available and I don't know when are we taking new appointments." They proceded to hang up. Very rude personal. Who funds this clinic? They treat you like a nobody if you don't have insurance."
"The physicians are great. First team I have seen that doesn’t rush through my appointment despite being a public clinic. The front desk staff is horrible. Good luck getting them to answer your phone call. And if they do, be ready for a 2 hour hold. I’ll be going to Denver health to save my time (and money) in the future. At least they are up front about their waits and the poor customer service is expected."
"I think the Doctors are okay but inexperienced residents do not know how to deal with seniors; I resent the push on medical tests and pharma on seniors. I do not do flu shots and have never had one nor do I intend to have one ever. I do not do vaccines, tests, scans. I will do a blood test only. The customer service is incredibly bad and they need to train the staff in customer service etiquette. It is worse than Denver Health and Kaiser, and those two were previously the worst. At least Kaiser and Denver Health answer their phones, but not Caritas Clinic people. I was on hold for 30 minutes and no person ever came back on the line. RUN, DON't WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!. This clinic should be closed until they learn how to provide care to patients in a professional manner. The physicians should be embarrassed to practice there."
