"Choose a different dermatologist. There are much better ones in Denver than Lohi Dermatology. Dr. Carratero and her receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Every product they gave me made my skin worse. They gave me chemical burns and rashes. Finally, I switched to a new office, Clearview Dermatology. After just one month, they had put me on accutane and my skin was improving. I had begged to go on accutane when I was at Lohi Dermatology, and they flat out told me “no” without much reason. They wasted my money, and months of my time with products that were never going to help my cystic acne. I wish I had switched offices sooner. Now, my skin is perfect, and I haven’t had a pimple in months. Thanks to clearview dermatology. Before switching over, Lohi dermatology had ruined my skin."

"The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose what what wrong with me very quickly. However, I felt rushed in the appointment. I asked a lot of questions and it felt like I was inconveniencing the doctor, who seemed in a hurry to be done after spending less than 10 minutes with me. Then the medication I really needed was never sent to the pharmacy for multiple days. I called less than an hour after my appointment to correct this and multiple times the rest of the day. I was never able to actually get through to a person, so I left a voicemail explaining that they still needed to send the medication request to the pharmacy. The entire next day, again I could not get in touch with an actual person. They did nothing about the voicemail I left the day before. The pharmacy still didn't get anything from the doctor, and I was left without the medication for another day. I'm still without it and very frustrated. At this point I'm going to have to go back in person to make sure the medication is requested because they are not answering my calls or listening to my voicemails. I should not have to do their job for them to make sure I have adequate medical care and actually get my medication."
