"When I first started at the cancer center 5 years ago this place was just amazing. Everybody was on top of their game and it was run very well That I s when Dr. Britt and MaryJane Laroux were there. Present time not at all what it use to be. It was like a big caring family before. They went above and beyond for you and really made you feel like they cared. I still like Dr Jones but everyone else there has really changed. If you sit with a doctor for 5 minutes your lucky. Not like before when they took the time to explain treatment and everything else. No where near what it use to be. Pretty sad how bad it has got."

"When I made my appointment with BCC, I was told that I could bring my kids if they could sit in the waiting area. So, I went to my appointment and was turned away upon arrival because I had to bring one of the kids. Thanks! He had his game, which was fully charged because I knew that he would have to wait, and he was ready to wait for a bit while I had my way overdue mammogram (I was due in September 2015). Now, they say I can reschedule?! Great. That's really convenient for a working mother of three. Thanks, St. Joe's BCC. It was great to get up this morning and drag the kid out of the house only to arrive and be told, "No!" I'll reschedule for another time, you know, that time when I'm not at work and am kid free. I appreciate all of your understanding and help. Finally, I'll leave you with a tip....next time, don't say alright to something and then say that it's not okay and to reschedule after your client arrives! It's upsetting and unprofessional."
