"Frustrated to say, I never had any issues until now! Doctors are amazing and have never had a problem. Front desk/office manager treat you like you are just a number. Telling me they see hundreds of patients- and I understand I’m not the only one waiting on test results but I go to you guys for a reason and put my trust in your care for you to tell me I still have to wait even after Monday that I probably still won’t receive a call today 2/12 When you are seen on a Wednesday 02/07 and they receive your results on a Friday 2/9 your office was open all day they don’t follow up with you and here it is a Monday with no results nothing in my patient portal is a little more than frustrating. I understand you are not open on a weekend but if you received them on Friday I should have been notified. I will be switching my care and my family’s pcp as of right away! I will go somewhere where my health and my concerns are valued and not just put on the back burner until they feel like calling me back! Ive called twice already and no once can tell me my results when they are in the system that is beyond me"

"I would strongly suggest you avoid this practice. I came in for an annual physical and had a truly upsetting experience. The doctor didn’t tell me he would complete a breast exam, just instructed me to lie on the table and proceeded to take the gown off my shoulders without warning (this singular experience is enough to avoid the practice). During the remainder of the exam, he off handedly stated I probably had PCOS, but left the room before discussing any of my questions, telling me anything more about PCOS, or saying goodbye. I had to ask the assistant if the doctor was done meeting with me. I asked her to bring him back so I could ask things like “tell me more about PCOS” and “I’m trying to have kids soon, can you tell me what PCOS means for that”. The appointment left me feeling unheard and degraded (tell a person before you complete a breast exam, please) and I urge any female identifying individual to receive care anywhere else but here."
