Reviews
"Heather and her amazing staff helped me through the worst time of my life. I have one more visit to total 28 weeks of care. And it is CARE. These angels deserve all the respect in the world. I would not be where I am in this journey without them. If there were a million stars, I would give all of them."
"Creates false impressions of the results they can achieve in a given time frame. Poor communication skills. Some nurses are great and some are extremely rude and unprofessional, lacking the skill and maturity to hear patient feedback. Staff makes contradictory statements and each provider seems to be working off a different playbook. Despite positive first impressions would not wish this place on my worst enemy. They began by asking me to trust them and the broke that trust when it mattered most. Lowest possible rating."
"Great care but don't hold your breath if supplies have to be ordered. I will probably loose my right leg because of it. Thanks for nothing."
"Heather Tripple has all the expertise and kindness you could ever need. She's clearly up to date on all the research, has an open mind, and went above and beyond - even doing an impromptu consult. All the nurses and front desk staff are amazing as well. Very efficient and no long waits."
"I care for a quadriplegic woman who had a black, deep, gaping wound which was caused by negligence during a hospital stay. Ever since we began coming to this clinic for wound care at the beginning of December, both her pain and the severity of her wound have improved steadily and remarkably. Additionally, the nurses (namely Sarah, Kelly, and Ally) are as sweet as can be and each embody all of the qualities which you would hope the person caring for you would have. Dr. Hardin is very amicable, qualified, and knowledgeable as well. My only complaint is that there is often a wait - it is normal for us to not be seen by the doctor up until at least an hour after our appointment time. The waiting room and patient rooms are also rather drafty."
