"If I could give no stars, I would. When you see they get 1.8 average stars rating, there’s good reason for this. Trust the data. Steer clear of this organization. I’m afraid to say much more. If this was a private practice and they had to worry about their own legal fees things may be quite different. At this point they have no oversight, a big legal team (thanks to our tax dollars) questionable ethics, and no conscience. Not at all like my other experiences with UC Health in general, which have been 5 star positive. Trust your gut. Get help anywhere else!"

"If I could give a 2.5 Star rating I would. Dr Casanova was easy to speak with and understanding and I generally liked her. Then I got my bill for a simple vasectomy consultation....My insurance was billed roughly $330 for a 20-30 minute sit down chat of which I'm responsible to pay nearly $240 of that and I'm a Uchealth employee. Yes I have the high deductible plan but if my paying cash would have been a cheaper option why wasn't I advised on that. My wife's recent visit to the ER including crutches and meds wasn't much more expensive. I have cancelled my vasectomy procedure and will plan on having it in Northern Colorado where it will cost me considerably less at a different UC health facility."

"So far my experience with Dr. Casanova has been great. She and her team have been wonderful while I navigate an unexpected cancer diagnosis. If it had not been for Dr. Casanova doing her due diligence, my cancer may not have been caught in time as my other doctors failed to catch it for at least 9 months to possibly 2+ years. Both she and her team are quick to respond to my questions and never make me feel like my concerns are trivial. I am treated like my health matters, which is something I feel is lacking in a lot of doctors' offices these days."
