I ended up needing a very minor surgery (not put under) but I was completely at ease the entire time. Thank you for another great experience with Denver Health!"

"Denver Health is THE place to go if you're an expectant parent, or (god forbid) a Level I trauma... IT IS THE LAST PLACE TO GO IF YOU NEED ENT-RELATED CARE. My first (and only) visit was punctuated by a PA who didn't even acknowledge my 35-minute wait time and who seemed to not understand the simple meaning of "I'm sorry you had to wait".. moreover, she failed to fix my primary complaint. FIVE FULL DAYS AFTER SENDING HER A MESSAGE ON THE PATIENT PORTAL I REMAIN (as of today) WAITING FOR HER RESPONSE. I called their front desk (another object lesson in being treated like an afterthought) just to re-remind my caregiver that I'm trying to reach her . The lack of general concern for patients seems to be an ENT-specific issue, as I've had stellar care from other departments..."

"worst place to ever go too. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. If you want to be treated like your not welcome there or with a bad attitude this clinic is your place. Also if you want to be there for hours go right ahead. Learn how to treat your clients better."
