"I had the absolute best primary care doctor in this place. Unfortunately he quit a day after an appointment I had with him telling him I only trusted his advice when it came to my health. He pointed out some health issues and I was going to ask the places needed. I received an email the day after stating that he was quitting and I honestly felt like I got hit by a bus. I feel so betrayed honestly because I was leaving knowing I was in good hands and I feel completely abandoned like the rest of his patients feel I'm sure. The reviews on this place is so horrible that I'm left feeling so lost and heading to find a new PCP. Looking up these scrubs it seems like patient abandonment and I feel exactly that. These reviews are telling me all I need to know and im devestaed this has happened"

"If I could give a negative star I would. Run as fast as you can. And i should have run 2 years ago when the Dr never checked my blood clot levels after I contracted covid and i came in multiple times due to shortness of breath. Instead she pushed anxiety on me and then I almost died with two blood clots in my lungs. While i gained 30 pounds from the anxiety meds. Fast foward that Dr quit and I got a new dr. The owner Dr Dawn or Don is a terrible person and she runs her people bad. And because she is a terrible owner her Drs cant do what they need. She has absolutely no feelings for her clients and their care is not a priority her ego is. In a conversation with her she stated " are you aware you have stage 3 kidney disease" when i tried to tell her I was overall healthy even tho I have scoliosis with good labs. I told her my doctor never told me that and she then began to say it could have been dehydration that day and there's nothing we can do for it. She literally just tried to make me feel bad about myself and say i have bad labs. And then she tried to throw my weight in my face as if it wasn't her Offices fault for wrongly pushing anxiety in my face instead of doing a simple blood check. Run. It makes sense why great drs are stressed and leave this place."

"New office “looks” nice. Everything has gone downhill, the office staff is totally incompetent and can’t even fill meds or send paperwork as required. Doctor will violate hippa to serve her own ends and not that of her clients. There have been several instances where her office will not call in medications that were prescribed for myself and others that I had suggested to this clinic. I am very aware of what the practices of this clinic have been for almost a decade and I have never had as many issues with any other doctor as this clinic. The office has refused to provide me with the information for the patient advocate upon request multiple times and has refused to send to paperwork to government offices for recertification purposes upon request from them. It’s too bad that they prey on low income and the uninsured/uninformed/underinsured population who really need the help but abuse the medical profession for their selfish purposes."

"Dr. Dawn is amazing and so is her staff. She genuinely cares about her patients. I've been with her for about five years. She has introduced me to therapists, which I was in need of. She understands my my needs and provides me with the best care I've ever had from a PCP."

"This place has really gone downhill. I came here a couple years ago for a checkup with former doctor at a different location and had a great a experience. Everything went smoothly. However, with my most recent checkup, there were lots of unpleasant experiences. In the morning, I came into the clinic to have my blood drawn (having skipped dinner the previous night and no food this morning. Fasting period up until getting blood drawn, as requested by the doctor). After the nurse took 4 vials of painful blood, she told me she would return with a bandaid for the wound, closed the door to the room and quickly left. Having fasted for such a long period and now low on blood, I began to feel light-headed, dizzy, on the verge of losing consciousness. I laid myself down on the bed, praying that I don’t pass out in here by myself. Thank goodness after, what felt like, a few minutes I did feel better. What I thought was a few minutes was actually 15 minutes, but the nurse was nowhere to be seen. I walked to the front desk asking where the nurse was, yet no one knew. I had to question the front desk about a urine sample (something the doctor had requested with my checkup), again no one knew anything. They told me to leave a sample, just in case. The icing on the cake with this clinic was that a few days later they called me to inform “There was a mistake your blood work, we need for you to come back to redraw.” … I was thinking, are you kidding me? … I’m NEVER coming back to your clinic. The explanation they gave me on why the blood work had faltered was the result of the lab they sent to, and not the fault of the clinic. They said they were in the process of trying out different labs. Regardless of who’s fault it is, I don’t want to be their Guinea pig for something as serious as my health."
