"Vary clean facility bathrooms, lobbys,and outside seemed to be on a cleaning schedule. Building maintenance is top notch all mechanical devices. Entryway doors bathroom doors and elevators all seem to be in great working condition. Building staff security,doctors,and aids all encompassed friendly gentle and kind demeanors. Ikea 5-stars mostly because. The quality of care you receive when visiting this establishment."

"I’ve been going here since i was a baby, i am now 20 . The communication for the pediatric and adult clinic when trying to call for an appointment or just to check on something regarding your appointment, is RIDICULOUS . Your gonna be on hold for hours. You aren’t allowed to communicate with your provider through email, but when you need to contact them, the representatives dont answer. The front desk has 3-4 people there everytime i come in and they arent doing anything. Im confused why the phones arent being picked up 24/7."

"Abysmal communication. The dental clinic opens at 7 AM, but I have been unable to reach the front desk and it's now 8:25 AM! The automated system has been broken for at least months and no one is doing anything to fix it. I called at 7:15 AM and was connected to Ask-a-Nurse -- the nurses have nothing to do with the dental clinic. I then called the main appointment line and was placed on hold for the clinic; after about five minutes, the line went dead. I called the appointment line again, was placed on hold for the clinic again, and waited almost an hour (while being constantly assured that someone would eventually answer) before receiving an error message and again being disconnected. I called the clinic again (which is now supposed to have been open for an hour and a half) and waited on hold another fifteen minutes. I called the appointment center again; they cannot make an emergency dental appointment and cannot connect me to anyone at the clinic."

"I really like the medical assistants and the doctors here but the front desk ladies in the front pediatric department are very rude. Idk what happened the ladies that were there before were so sweet. The girls that are in their 20s definitely need an attitude adjustments. They need to learn how to be personable because they do t even greet the people their helping. I work in a medical setting I work the front desk and I can’t imagine being that rude to patients like that. Very short and ill mannered. I don’t even want to bring my kids here anymore. Left a bad taste in my mouth."

"(Pediatrics)Worst experience with the lady in the picture that does registration and another lady sitting next to her. I came in this morning to check my kids in for appointments. Neither lady greeted, said good morning, or thought to say we'll be with you in one moment or nothing. She was very rude when she asked what I needed. Then she started rambling off checking me in so fast, I cut her off and said "oh by the way good morning" still nothing. Very unprofessional being the first contact patients have with the clinic. I was very offended more so let down. My younger sister is a long time Denver Health Employee and I couldn't imagine her treating anyone that way. Not surprised though because this isn't the first time I had this experience. Positive note....Doctor's and Medical Staff are superior! I went here when I was a child and now I bring my own! There Doctor is so informative gentle and kind."
