I think I got taken a little or more by the company tho, the price of my purchase almost doubled since my last order. They tried to hustle me for something that I have gotten for free for the last 4 years, cutoffs. I've been buying the same thing from them and 99 lumber in grand junction for 4 years, never was I asked to pay for something I already paid for. Not to mention, they got my name wrong, (yet to see if they got my order wrong), no butyl tape on the shelf, no screws the right color or the right length on the shelf. When I placed my order, I should have been asked if I need caulking, butyl tape (this stuff requires it, can't install it without it....), and matching screws. Nobody noticed me walking around the store taking pictures. Nobody cares that I was there."

"Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Love the interior setup of the store. Lady at the front counter looked up prices on the computer for wood pieces we need for a project outside our home. Then she called for someone to meet us out in their supply yard. I found the lumber I was looking for, and a friendly, knowledgeable (but not "slick" or pushy) gentleman talked with us about our project, offered suggestions, and showed us different options. He even offered delivery, though that would cost extra ("of course," smiling). We were treated so much better here than at Home Depot (where it's a zoo on weekends, they have messed up 2 of my prepaid orders, and workers stand around not working, then act annoyed when you ask for help.) It will be my pleasure to bring my business to Builder's FirstSource."
