"I went for a vasectomy roughly 3 months ago and the experience since has just been trash. Nobody answers the phone, the staff is impersonal and rather disconnected and the way this branch if the hospital conducts itself is frankly unacceptable. I'd reccomend trying your best to find care elsewhere, they aren't worth the hassle."

"I've had horrible experiences with Denver Health Urology clinic, I could tell you horror stories about them changing operations less than an hour prior to the operation based on the doctor's statement that he couldn't understand the notes left by the previous surgeon and that they seem to be very few. This was my second surgery in a 5-day time span and I opted to not complete the surgery based on lack of confidence in the entire process. The anesthesiologist who I spoke with after the surgeon had changed from one surgery to another had a completely different surgery than those two listed on the release that she was asking me to sign. That was the final straw for me and I followed my gut to cancel the surgery for that day even though they stated that I would not be able to have a surgery for probably 3 months. If it was so important that I had a surgery 4 days after my initial failed surgery, I'm not sure how they can constitute another 3 months of waiting.."

"This place is a joke. My husband had an appointment today after being on the wait-list for 2 years! About 15 minutes before his appointment, they called him to tell him they couldn't see him because he needed to get a prescription that they never prescribed him and he was never even notified about. Then the lady told him he would be put at the bottom of the wait list again and actually told my husband it wasn't there fault. I see so many 1 star reviews about this place and now I'm actually happy my husband didn't go here. Everything happens for a reason."

"My partner went here to have a vasectomy done. During the whole operation they talked about where they were going to go for lunch. When my partner said they still felt pain they pretty much said "oh well" and then after everything was said and done my partner went into the bathroom to get dressed and came back out to find everyone was gone. Didn't get discharge papers, after care information or any sort of medication for the pain. The front desk person was even gone."
