"They claim to offer appointments, but the appointments are always taken already. So then they recommend walk-in at certain days or times. What they DO NOT tell you is the walk-in slots are taken immediately when they open that day. And the person working there couldn't care less if you were inconvenienced."

I'm absolutely sickened by this.. and no, I wasn't able to get help bc if you don't have symptoms, it's obviously a non issue and field trip for you, according to the staff."
