"I set up an appointment weeks ago and confirmed my insurance. I took the day off work to ensure I’d be all set and nothing in my way to make the appointment. I got up extra early and showed up a reasonable time before my appointment. They canceled my appointment because i was out of network and did not notify me. I confirmed I was in network when I scheduled the appointment. The receptionist did not look at me the entire time she explained that “oh your appointment was canceled.” No apology. No explanation. I had to ask why it was canceled. I had to ask why no one communicated to me that it was canceled. As far as dehumanizing experiences go this wasn’t the worst, but it sure is up there. I now search for a new orthopedic doctor to treat me. Three weeks of agony for nothing, and who knows how much more until I can find a new doctor. My experience was regrettable and infuriating."

"Dr Stephenie messed up my arm lift surgery the pain was unbareble infection for 8 month straight she didn't do it right my scars are so huge and deformed disgusting until this day..now I'm scheduled to get the huge wide scar removed from another surgeon apparently the scar is way way way to huge and so bad to get it removed any other way but surgery . it's sad i got arm lift and ended up wearing jackets everyday and hiding my deformed scars instead of enjoying it like other people do."

"Some of the employees here at the outpatient center did a wonderful job! On the other hand they have super rude grumpy hate my job type vibes of the majority of the staff. the lady who set up the surgery date new absolutely nothing all the info she gave me was wrong. they had me sitting outside to be on time for an appointment but never once informed me that was the time they open as well so surgery ended up starting 2 hours after our arrival time."

"I had an outpatient surgery 3 weeks ago at Denver Health for a small lump. I've had cancer three times so even though the surgery was minor, I was very nervous. The building is new and is very inviting. It was comforting knowing that equipment is new and state of the art. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. This was my 21st surgery, and every employee that I encountered did a great job of asking me what had worked in the past while not assuming I knew everything. When they were running behind everyone kept me informed. The surgeon himself even came in to speak to me directly about it. The best was the anesthesiologist Dr. Stewart. She is a treasure and is one of the best physicians I have ever had period. She was informative, funny, kind and supportive. She also went out of her way to save a new piercing that I had that needed to be removed for the surgery. I highly recommend this place to everyone that needs surgery. Thank you!"

"7/12/22 update: I arrived early and was seen on time. Check in was fast and efficient. Signage has been updated. Previous review: Depending on the department they're either on time or grossly over booked. I waited over an hour after I checked in for a glaucoma test. If they would've said they were running behind that would've been courteous but they didn't which makes you think they forgot about you. I had mammogram and they were on time. They were so friendly and welcoming. I must say whenever you check in those people are so patient and fast at registering you for your appointment. The signage could be better on the outside as well as the inside. I love the artwork and design of this building. It's modern and classy but also clean and spacious. Until next time."
