"The providers are very friendly and nice, however one of the front desk person that sits on the right closest to the door is really rude and condescending, and provides false information about the cost of vaccines. I hope Denver Health takes appropriate measures to train this employee's attitude."

"We arrived early to my 2-year-old's 8:20 AM flu shot, before the actual clinic was open. The lovely receptionist let us in with open arms, checked us in, and we were out by 8:24 AM! The nurse that administered the shot had a lovely bed-side manner and helped ease my anxiety while my daughter screamed. On our way out the receptionist gave my daughter a book. Wonderful experience, thank you!"

"Girl who gave my vaccination was wonderful! But it was very expensive and reception was pretty cold in demeanor. I was referred because I was told they would have low income options available but there was nothing. I teach English to kids in Asia as my job which I was told the vaccination I needed is covered if it is for work, school or good health. They wouldn’t bill my insurance for good health because I travel for work. Seemed twisted and pretty profit orientated."
