"I am new to the area and am attempting to transfer my shots from another practice out of state. I scheduled my initial appointment two days after I moved to town to avoid delays with getting my shots. My initial appointment was great - Dr Reddy was lovely and answered all my questions. That was 3/6-almost three weeks ago. I have been calling since to try to get this office to complete the paperwork I need to have my old doctor ship my vials and I absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone - nor can the staff from my previous doctor. They need one signature to ship and they (and I) are getting no response whatsoever. I’m resorting to writing this review in the hopes that someone will finally call me back as my voicemails have gone unanswered and I don’t have a way to email or communicate otherwise. At this point, my shot schedule will be delayed and I will have to regress which is incredibly frustrating, especially because I worked really hard to ensure a smooth transition. I am not exaggerating when I say I have made over 15 phone calls to this practice and to my prior doctor to try to get this resolved."

"Wait time is bad- 30 minute delay to get initially called into the room, 20 minute wait between the doctor talk and the allergy testing and 15 minutes to see the doctor again after my allergy testing. Bring a book to not get bored! The appointment could have been done in 40 minutes vs 2 hours."

"1 star across the board. They knew the issue I was dealing with was unrelated to allergies but recommended an allergy test "just in case". They'll provide a vague breakdown of costs beforehand to justify their predatory practices. Several hundred dollars later and one incredibly unhelpful billing rep and I'm back to where I started. Avoid at all costs."
