"I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I look at the front door and it says to head to a different building. I head over to the other building and they tell me that its the building next to the door on the other side. So I rush back because at this point I only have 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I'm waiting at the correct door and 10 minutes go by and nobody checks the door. I call the number on the door and it says they're closed. Other employees that walk in and out of the nearby doors can't help me so I ended up missing my appointment. Now I can't get a hold of anyone in the department. Just terrible"
