"I was in need of travel vaccines and I called this clinic in March 2021 and was told 'oh honey we're moving locations, call back in a month'. I called again in early April 2021 and was told that they had no openings, were only scheduling out 2 weeks, and to call back on Mondays and Wednesdays to see if I could maybe get an appointment. What kind of policy is this? For someone who has travel plans and is trying to schedule in advance to make sure I am up to date on vaccines, this seems like a very unreliable way to offer vaccines to patients. If you need help with vaccines, I would recommend Passport Health. I called, was scheduled right away and had a competent nurse offer vaccines without any hassles. DH was very disappointing and unreliable."
