As the owner and sole therapist, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in sex therapy and therapy for adults. I provide individual therapy for adults 18 and older, focusing on anxiety/depression, trauma, women's issues, sexuality, gender, and life transitions. Utilizing a relational and attachment-based perspective, I offer relationship counseling for monogamous and non-monogamous couples. Additionally, I offer sex therapy for individuals and couples seeking to enhance their sexual wellness.
I am Gottman trained and incorporate EMDR therapy to help with trauma and trauma-related disorders. My practice is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities and relationship structures, providing a judgment-free zone for all.
