"i’ve been a patient of Precious’s since 2021, and have seen a few other providers as well during some of her maternity leave, and it has been an exceptional experience. being a younger adult, it’s hard to find easy accessibility as well as flexibility in college. Due to COVID and since then, i have only done telehealth appointments until I had to come in for an in person due to some policy changes. Their offices are quite far from me, but it had to be done and it was an equally great experience, that I now do wish they were closer! Front desk staff has always been incredibly responsive, reaching to your providers is always easy and quick. Prescriptions have never been a problem for me either, which has been amazing as one of my medication frequently is not available (so i’ve heard). Overall, I have had an amazing time with Precious and all the staff, they go beyond and above and really show how much they care. Thank you!"

"Overall a wonderful experience. Setting up my first appointment was super easy, especially since all the providers are listed on the website with info on how they treat and who they are. The scheduling staff were very easy to work with as well as very kind, and my provider is absolutely wonderful. "Cancelled my first appointment day of with less than an hour notice. Making the decision to see a psychiatrist was hard enough, and my last one was as super inconsistent and impossible to schedule with. These folks are no different, do your research and find someone you can trust, because it’s not this place. They flagged my other one star review and lied saying they offered me another appointment with a different provider at the same time, that never happened. Looks like they are threatening legal action against other folks giving them bad reviews, super unethical."

"I tried to get an appointment, with one of three providers, for literally any time (though preferably sooner than later). The woman on the other end (Carrie I think?) was unwilling or unable to give any information about them, and was pretty rude when I asked about potentially speaking to them individually to make a more informed decision on who to book with. While I understand if they can’t, I wish I at least hadn’t been over-explained and spoken down to. I asked if I could at least set up an appointment with whoever might be free at the earliest. When she asked who, I told her any of the three providers would be fine. She then refused to help me, saying she ‘wasn’t comfortable’ making the decision for me- for the record, I had looked a bit at each of their profiles on Psychology Today and figured they would all be an equally decent match. Despite this, I shouldn’t have gotten so upset. Though I really do hope this group considers getting someone a bit more helpful and understanding to pick up for what, as far as I am aware, is a group that provides mental healthcare- and I hope that they are more willing to accept new patients in the future. At the very least I can say that my call was returned pretty quickly, so that was nice."
