"They tend to have availability on short notice, which I appreciate. However I found their billing strategy to be confusing, since I was charged the same amount for a one hour session as a 15 minute session. They explained it's due to the coding for insurance and isn't based on time in the office. It was just an unexpectedly high bill for a short follow up appointment. Note: I updated this from a 1 star review that was mostly based on an unrelated issue. A member of their upper management called me to get more detail and try to understand what happened. That shows me that they want to do better, and I hope they succeed in that."

"Awful company do not book through optimind health! I cancelled my appointment a day in advance (and even had an email confirmation) and they still charged me a “no show” fee and refused to compensate me in any way. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Take your money elsewhere !"
