"Unbelievably incompetent. Tried to get a nut and bolt rack in my auto shop on 3 separate occasions with a $7500 budget and after dealing with 3 different people on 3 different days over the course of several months, they couldn't pull it off....even when I walked in and told them what I wanted and needed....I just never got a call back from them. Recently ordered some stainless bolts and hardware for a 55 Chevy truck restoration, and after being told for 2 days that they would be in that day, we get them on the 3rd day and the order was more than quoted on the phone and also the order was wrong. Called the office and they could care less judging by the tone in their voices. After telling them that I was not satisfied with their service, I was told that it's OK because they have plenty of other satisfied customers. The only reason I gave them one star was because the review wouldn't post with no stars."
