"Doesn't have the endless aisles of big stores. What they lack in that department they more than make up for with customer service. Anyone there will not just tell you which aisle you're looking for but will help you. They have a knowledgeable staff that will answer questions and help with your project."
"Great store with the best staff in town! Everyone is friendly, professional and ready to help. While they don't have as large of an inventory or the lumber that home Depot and Lowe's have they do have a lot of things the big box stores do not stock. The staff here are actively working to find and help customers. I highly recommend checking them out!"
"I was checking the store out for the first time and was harassed... I was asked to place my backpack at the front of the store due to policy, which I had complied to. As I'm walking around I was asked for assistance which is nice. But I've overheard the employees talking about what I'm doing, asking if I'm stealing. I picked up a spray paint can and later decided I didn't want it, that I'd come back another time to get it. Same with most of the tools I was looking at. If it's such a problem for someone to browse a store why even have it open? It's a store, people shop. But I was profiled and treated like a theif..I'm a hard working man, and I also do construction on my free days for a second job. So I was considering getting new tools for the job as well. But they were a little overpriced so I decided to come back another time as well. Just simply browsing seeing all that's in stock. I loved what I saw and was making a list on what to come back for but the employees just suspected me to be a thief.... Long story short, once I had got a couple items, with clearly lots of money in my wallet, so if I did want something I'D BUY IT. I was forced to show and prove I've returned items. Accused of stealing cause they were missing an item in inventory. Clearly I had no spray paint can cause the clothing I was wearing wouldn't even conceal such an item it would easily be visible. Anyway, the staff (except the one at the front desk) were absolutely rude and prejudice. That's not how you run a business. I work right across from the store so it wouldn't even make sense to take something. Absolutely disgusted with the way they conducted their work. And I will be letting others know."
"Every time I go to this location, the staff is excellent! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just great folks! They have home maintenance essentials that I seem to need. Stay Local keeps our community strong."
"Another great visit. I needed a sprinkler part, NOW! Close to me and they have had everything I need 99% of the time. Great selection, great service. Always there to answer questions and advice. Oh yes, friendly too!"
