"Dr. Rose is amazing. She is sweet and down to earth. She takes the time to listen and if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it. I’ve had doctors and nurses from other facilities say how wonderful she is to work with. My kids love her too. I highly recommend seeing her."

In my opinion, this type of “care” should result in Dr. Frantz having his medical license revoked and this review shouldn’t be my only recourse for his malpractice. ZERO STARS"

"It seemed kinda hard to get into my doctor, but when I did I was so happy. I saw a doctor here once and I really liked him but he left. Then I decided I didn’t like the doctors in my area and I didn’t feel heard and was always told by the doctors in Delta if I lose weight my problems will magically be solved. I saw Doctor Rose and she is amazing. All the staff there is super friendly and really helpful. I felt Dr. Rose listened and didn’t blow off my problems and she seemed to really care. She got me back on my medication without making it seem like I was just another addict looking for a fix, which is how all my other doctors treated me. Especially the ones that diagnosed me and knew why I needed the medication. Thanks so much to Dr. Rose, and both MA’s Cory, and I didn’t catch the other young ladies name but she and Cory were super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend West Elks if your having issues with your doctors, I will say it might be a little while to get in, but it’s worth it when you do!"
