Game Changers Boot Camp

"I'm 5 months in, down 25 pounds, and feel fully empowered to keep this off (and just hit my original goal, so it's time to make a new one). I've never had the same workout twice, so getting bored is impossible. This is a very supportive and friendly environment, and you'll be challenged but not yelled at. There are people of all shapes and fitness levels. And having a (yummy!) protein shake handed to you as you end your workout will spoil you.
