"Phenomenal facility all around! We went to the pool area and I was blown away. That texture of the pool for the Childrens area is soft like hardened foam and gradually descends like the sand at a beach. There are a lot of really neat splash pad features installed into the pool, a separate pool area that is slightly deeper, the main area is only 3 foot deep, and the area at the slides is super fun!there is also a separate pool for swimming that is roped off for people who are solely exercising and there is a gigantic hot tub as well. Any children in the Hot tub must have an adult with them or they will be asked to leave, I saw this happen and it was great to know that the rules are enforced! We will definitely be back. They have men’s changing rooms, women’s changing rooms, a family changing room, and a changing room that is gender free. The entire facility is immaculately clean, and all of the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have."
"It's a nice center and fun pool. The major disappointment is how cold the water and changing rooms are. I can't keep my baby in there for more than 20 minutes because it's so cold. The changing rooms are also very very cold. I've stopped going here because it's not a pleasant experience. I went to the Apex center recently and the difference in temperature was huge. It's a long drive but worth it for a comfortable time with little ones."
"Went here for the first time to swim with my toddler. When I realized I forgot our towels at home I thought it would be no big deal and assumed they’d have towels for use. No such luck! $6.50 for a towel! I was told it was the last one, which tells me this is not an uncommonly forgotten item. Please consider providing towels for patrons. My poor son was freezing while I ran to get him a towel. It’s $1 to get a towel at IKEA or free to ask for donations. I overheard someone talking about looking at baby floaties for the facility… towels would be much more appreciated. It’s easy to forget when you’re rounding up kiddos. Overall, the pool was nice and fun. Unrealistic expectations to stay within arms length of children 5 and under at all times. Obviously not considering single parents with multiple little. Pretty sure that’s why there’s lifeguards. Will return, but definitely need to provide towels, please."
"We have done group swim classes for a few years here. The facility is nice and the classes are small and affordable. We recently started private lessons with Ms. Lindsay. With her deep knowledge of technique, she was able to give our daughter key next steps which have led to big improvement in a short amount of time. She is positive and encouraging even things get tough! We will definitely be a regular with Lindsay!"
