"Very frightened that my condition was really going to be bad; RN and ER Doctor listened to my problem and not only made me feel better physically but also mentally/emotionally. They relieved my stress and worry. They are top dollar in my book"
"Had a camping emergency involving a laceration on my finger that required stitches this weekend. I was in and out in a little under two hours. Every single person I interacted with was kind and helpful from the minute I walked in, and they offered financial help with me needing to pay out of pocket. Went back out to hike the next day because I felt great. Would rate them higher if I could!"
"This hospital has some of the worst doctors and nurses I've ever seen. Had the ambulance take my father in law in because he was having a stroke, and the Emergency department had the balls to say that he was OD'ing. Used to take my wife in but they all treated her like she was seeking drugs all because she has a rare disease and these people at this hospital are so inept that the refuse to listen to you as the patient. They hold your records hostage. It's a pretty horrible place to be treated"
"Dr Mojais was absolutely wonderful. Took his time describing what he believed to be my best plan of action, with numerous conditions taken into consideration. In a couple days i was back home after nine weeks down. Nurses Lillie and Sierra made me feel cared about and filled all my needs. Room was clean and comfortable with a large window view of a glorious sunrise every day. Also very quiet for a hospital. Thank you all."
"Do not believe these bad reviews. I was traveling home to Texas when my chronic pancreatitis flared up. I was near this ER. Though I read all the bad reviews I didn't have much choice but to go. My experience with this hospital was great. The staff took me into the ER Bed immediately. I was in terrible pain, so, we did the basic paperwork and they started my treatment. I stayed for 6 days total. Got the best care. Megan the dietitian was the best. The kitchen really went above and beyond. The nursing staff was top notch. In my condition there's a lot of poking and testing, and the staff got that it was frustrating for me. They were the best at taking my feelings into consideration. The Dr were the best. They knew exactly what I needed and went right to working ordering my treatment. I left with meds and a smile. I drove the last 18 hours home and thank God for this Oasis in the mountains Finally, my wife flew in from Corpus Christi, Tx. She called several time to get info. The staff was incredibly helpful. Kept her updated on my status, gave her direction etc etc. I've been to several hospitals and this one is one of the bed. MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS, best staff, clean,"
