It’s all about safety here, so whether you’re a newbie or experienced the coaches are trustworthy and you can “graduate” as you are ready. "I never liked to do any kind of physical activity until I joined this gym. Boxing has been an amazing experience that has allowed me to meet a whole new community, get out of my comfort zone, and become more fit than I have ever been. I love the atmosphere of the gym. People are really kind and there isn't a weird macho mentality like I have dealt with at some other gyms in the area. I don't get harrased by people, and everyone there is just doing their best to keep up with the workouts, which are awesome and really make you push yourself at any level. I have been working with Katie as my trainer for the last 6+ months and it has even really awesome. Training is the highlight of my day and I particularly look forward to private sessions every week because I learn so much. The punch queens classes are a great supportive group if you want something women only and I really haven't had a bad experience with any of the instructors."
