"Edited to add details: I tried this gym on a trial pass. I've been going to Planet Fitness for years and I think my routine has plateaued (they're mostly machines), so I was eager to try a 24 (again) with things like a squat rack and bench. I didn't find the staff particularly friendly (I inquired 3 times about joining, and each time was told to come back later). It's dirty and busy, but so was the 24 Glendale I used to go to *shrug*. There is definitely a heavy meat-head steriod vibe and it's lacking a decent ab or stretching area."

"I am a 20 member at Lowry 24 hour fitness I have always enjoyed the facilities and the staff. Today I went in to renew my membership and Kaitlyn and Paige were top notch - I prefer the personal interaction to the app with regard to the business end - thank you 24 lowry and Kaitlyn and Paige"

"Their new hours are dumb. Why call yourself 24-hour fitness if you are not and stop telling people who leave this reviews that plenty of other gyms are still 24-hour when In reality their is only a couple of locations and we come to this location because we live close by so why is a gym on the other side of town being 24-hour do anything for us. I can't wait to cancel my membership."

"LACK OF CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE IN BATHROOMS. I like the gym, and love that it has a swimming pool where I can do laps. HOWEVER, I have been complaining about the bathrooms for months - especially the showers. They are unsanitary - the drains don't drain and there's hair clumps laying around on the floor - ick. I have told staff repeatedly that they need a plumber and roto-rooter in here, but nothing happens. Today I noticed that the bathroom faucets are starting to leak. I wanted to tell a staff member about this and warn him that I would be reporting them to Denver Water - but I couldn't FIND a staff member! There was a gentleman waiting at the desk who had been there for 10 minutes. I looked everywhere I could think of, but no staff. Another gym member went looking in places I hadn't thought of - no staff. This place needs a makeover!"

"I'm going to echo what a lot of the other comments say - the bathrooms are disgusting. In the showers there are gigantic dust bunnies visible through the air vents, and it smells terrible as if it it's never been cleaned Will the owner respond: “Thank you very much for your feedback, . It is important for us to provide a clean, comfortable environment for all gym members, so this is disappointing. We are working to make improvements and hope to serve you better in the future.” or will they actually do something like actually have the bathrooms cleaned"
