"Was there this week, learned that they no longer offer public restrooms because of difficult customers. I was appalled this means they 1. Don't care about client comfort, snd 2. Have urine all over the parking lot. 3. Have no civic awareness. Suggesting another nearby store that does."

Everyone is so helpful, and I am especially grateful for Chris who always delivers groceries to my car in rain or shine with a smile and Damita at self check out who is such a hard worker. "You would think human decency would be a core value of this brand. After I made a purchase I asked where the bathrooms where and I was informed that there is no access to the bathrooms for the costumers. One staff member I talked to even told me how “they” had only let his dad in the bathrooms in the past because he was crippled but that was the only exception. He told me access to the bathrooms would need to be approved by management. When I asked the manager and told her I needed to use the restroom she denied me access. I don’t know if this is normal at every Kings Soopers, but denying access to public restrooms in a business should be illegal. Specially a business that makes its profits from in person shopping. I experienced a lack of human empathy, kindness and decency by the staff in this store. -5 stars I hope to hear back from management."
