"Emily was my dog’s groomer and she did an amazing job. I’ve never seen my dog this well groomed before. Everyone was very friendly and responsive to my phone calls. This is the first time I’ve been here and it’s absolutely worth it. Petco did such a bad job on my other dog that we decided to try Aurora Pet Grooming and it ended up being less expensive, so I was able to tip."

"I've been going to APG for over 3 years! And my dogs absolutely love Corina! She is such a kind-hearted individual who loves what she does! My dogs are 2 very anxious little dachshunds, and she always puts them (and me) at ease by creating a welcoming, safe environment! I go once a month for both my dogs to get nail grinding and baths. Staff is always so kind when answering the phones as well! Hands down Corina is the best and we consider her family! "They were very kind because I had some ride issues and got my baby there 15 minutes late, they still took him and did a great job. He’s a nervous guy and hates being groomed, JR must of been good with him because his nails were nicely trimmed and hair evenly cut which is not always the case. The prices are great especially since my little guy always needs express so he doesn’t have to wait in a cage. I will definitely make this our go to spa for him here. Thanks all!"

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We took our maincoon for a bath and cut. I am horrified by the outcome of this grooming visit. Not only did they unevenly shave (not a haircut) my cat but they tried to tell me that he was aggressive. Never in his life has he been aggressive to a groomer. Our poor guy came out shaking and still wet. :( The no entry policy to the building makes the entire process feel really sketchy (what are they hiding?!) and it was quite over priced! I’m sure they will come back with a “well your pet did this or that, or a we hope you find someone better suited” comment instead of taking accountability. But please do NOT take your pets here. We had another appointment next week for our other cat but we will be canceling… obviously… How is this place still in business?!"
