"Gracie enjoyed her stay there. She smelled real good after picking her up. Thank you..."
"I went to Downtown cat to have my cat Smitty groomed and have his fur shaved ( he sheds 24 7 and is prone to abscess and has enough hair for three cats.) He hadn’t been groomed in about 2 years since his old groomer retired and even though it took a couple of people to help groom him. They did say we were welcome back. I am very grateful I found these people. I’ve been looking for a new groomer for quite some time. Smitty is very happy and really is enjoying not having to deal with all that fur."
"I took my two young cats here for boarding for five days. Over the time that I was gone I tried to call three times to get their hours with no response - not a huge deal but important to note. When I went to get my cats it was clear their litter box hadn’t been changed in a while and had almost no litter in it. In addition to that they were both pretty dirty. I was also told over the phone that boarding my cats in the same condo would be a discounted price- I was told when it came time to pay that it was per cat and the condos didn’t matter. Overall- not the worst place they could have been but definitely not somewhere I would take them again."
"The staff was very friendly you can tell they care about your pets. I took my cat in and was a little nervous because I know there are dogs but the cats are kept in the front away from the dogs and in a separate room. My cat was able to hangout with the other cats while he stayed in his carrier and waited to be groomed. They were quick and my cat Jimmy looks so good! We will definitely be returning."
"If you have a cat that gets scared by the sounds of dogs barking, this isn’t the place for you. I asked specifically if my cat would be around any dogs or be able to hear them barking. The front desk person assured me she would be in a “quiet and calm room”. I could hear dogs barking from outside of the building as soon as I pulled up. The vet came out to talk to me while she was eating which felt unprofessional. I had called ahead and explained that my cat was hard to manage and aggressive. The vet asked me questions about my cat and it was clear that none of the information that I gave the secretary about my cat being aggressive was passed on. The front desk person who (as far as I know) wasn’t a vet, decided to reach into my cats cage from above and attempt to “pet” her. She was already hissing by the time I brought her in the door so this felt very weird, unprofessional, unnecessary, and all it did was make my cat even more scared and agitated. They brought her back out after a few minutes of her hissing and spitting at them. The vet didn’t come out herself and instead sent out a girl that seemed like she hadn’t worked there very long at all. She pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and gave me the names of two other places I could try, one that had already refused to shave my cat after having her there for multiple hours. I asked if she knew the address or phone number of the other place and she just said no and told me she hoped my cat does okay.... I would say my visit was underwhelming to say the least and very unprofessional."
