"I have nothing but the highest of praise for Sharkk Fitness!! In late 2018 my right arm started going numb off and on and by mid December I had to stop doing the things I love like boxing and JiuJitsu. I went to a sports masseuse and he said I had “a weak back” mainly the scapula area from bad posture (grappling and boxing shoulders are always forward). So I went in and talked to Mike and ask him if he could help. In Mikes usual upbeat and positive manner he said No problem! We can fix that!! From the first day of working with mike I was amazed at the pinpoint accuracy the workouts were. I would get home and my scapulas were the only tired area on me. 2 weeks later I felt good enough to do some light training and by 31/2 weeks I was back at full training!!! He also showed me how to foam roll and that was a game changer. Years of training the cool down aches were annoying but ok now when I foam roll the aches are minimal. I truly appreciate Mike and Sharkk Fitness for all they have done to get me back on the mats."
